This is a great make ahead! It fits in sandwich bags and makes a great sweet treat anytime. You can substitute 1 egg for the Egg Powder and minus 1TBLS Water

  1. Super Easy! Add all the ingredients into a mug and mix well
  2. Microwave on high 1 minute at a time until tooth pick comes out clean. Watch to be sure it doesn't boil over.
  3. You can Substitute 1 eggs for egg scramble minus 1 TBS water
