  • 1 c. Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. Sofrito or Recao
  • 3/4 c. 3/4 Cup - 3/4 Cup - 3/4 Cup - Butter, salted
  • 1 c. THRIVE CornmealTHRIVE Cornmeal stuffed green olives
  • 2 c. THRIVE Gluten Free FlourTHRIVE Gluten Free Flour Sazon with Achiote
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Cane SugarTHRIVE Cane Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Water
  • 1/2 tsp. or you can use white flour
  • 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Chef's ChoiceTHRIVE Chef's Choice Vegetable oil, enough to fry the rellenos

  1. Preheat your waffle iron
  2. Combine eggs (you can separate and whip the egg whites to nice and fluffy and add in at the end, if you want), milk, vanilla and melted butter.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Place one 6th of your batter in the waffle iron and allow to cook according to your waffle iron.
  6. Serve with Super Hero Chili or smother in butter. Enjoy!
